This page is for house cow enthusiasts to share knowledge and information about owning, milking, cheese making, breeding and all the other enjoyable and enriching facets of owning a cow.

I AM NOT A VET – I just want to share the knowledge and experience I have gained over the past 12 years to help enrich your relationship with your cow. I have discovered that so many problems I’ve encountered could havcropped-staceywithhalo.jpge been avoided if I’d only known. Like losing little foster calves due to scouring; phosphorous deficiencies, milk fever, ketosis, mummified calves, just to name a few.

ALWAYS CALL A VET IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS AND DON’T LEAVE IT TO THE LAST MINUTE.

I can’t remember a time when I didn’t want a cow of my own so for me (and many others) owning a house cow is the fulfilment of a dream. I breed small well handled pure bred Jersey house cows so that others my also fulfil their dream.

Based in the Perth foothills I hope to help people with milking and breeding cows on small acreages in areas where they might not be the same support available as in rural parts of Western Australia.
